We take great pride in our products and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of our handmade soap products, we have a specific refund policy in place.
1. Returns
- Non-returnable Items: Due to the personal nature of soap and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund. To process a claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.
3. Refunds
Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at refresh@scentreesoap.com
